How it works is you ship me your head. I will provide a FREE INSPECTION please include a brief description of the problem with your head no brine, constant drain, stuck in cycle etc. If your head requires any parts such as new valve or gasket seal pawl set etc. I will email you the additional cost to replace before rebuilding your head, so you know all cost upfront If you choose not to rebuild after my free inspection, I will ship your head back and issue a refund MINUS RETURN SHIPPING FEE, please allow a few days for me to inspect condition and rebuild and test before return shipping I will test unit for leaks and proper operation before returning
